Attorneys for Insane Clown Posse’s former publicist have subpoenaed Kid Rock for a glass sex toy that they plan to use as evidence in an ongoing sexual harassment suit against the Detroit-based rap-metal duo.
According to the subpoena, Rock was given the item a couple of years ago by “Dirty Dan” Diamond, a former employee of Insane Clown Posse and Psychopathic Records.
During Diamond’s deposition last Friday in Las Vegas, he testified that he attempted to give Andrea (Andy) Pellegrini the phallic object, but she refused to accept it, according to a press release Monday from Pellegrini’s attorneys. Diamond then gave the piece to Kid Rock, the release said.
The subpoena, filed by the Royal Oak-based Rasor Law Firm, states Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, has 14 days to respond and produce the item.
