XBIZ Recognizes ‘9 ½ Weeks XXX’ With Several Noms, Pair for Summer
VENICE, CA – Blonde bombshell Summer Brielle scored two nominations for the 2015 XBIZ Awards and they hint at just how diverse and talented a performer she really is.
She starred in 9 ½ Weeks XXX: An Erotic Parody (Adam & Eve) and scored nominations from that performance for Best Actress – Parody Release and Best Scene – Parody Release. She shares the latter with James Deen.
The movie is also nominated for Parody Release of the Year – Drama and director David Lord has an opportunity to win the trophy for Director of the Year – Parody. Deen is also up for Best Actor – Parody Release, while James Bartholet has a nomination for Best Non-Sex Acting Performance.
“We knew it was going to be a great movie while we were making it,” Summer said. “I’m really happy it’s getting some attention because we put a lot into it and I think everyone deserved the recognition.”
Summer is also nominated for Favorite Female Pornstar in the 2015 AVN Awards fan voting nominations.
Summer stars in the upcoming Beautiful Tits from Archangel.
“My Beautiful Tits scene was a lot of fun in front of and behind the scenes,” Summer said. “I worked with one of my favorites, Mick Blue, and it was definitely the most passionate scene we’ve done together yet.
“It was my first time being directed by Mimefreak and we had some funny mishaps. He almost got swept away in a huge wave at the beach while shooting my tease and the rolling blackouts in LA at the time cut the power to our location right before the popshot. Thankfully everything turned out fine! I can’t wait for everyone to see this release.”
