U.S. Marshals nabbed an elderly man on federal charges after two women saw him masturbating in a national park and throwing dead animals at cars.
The 68-year-old man was in a moment of zen when a U.S. Park Police officer found him on a trail near the George Washington Memorial Parkway in Virginia.
The officer identified the suspect as Bill B. Kachle during the March 11 incident. He was holding a yoga position shortly before sundown and wearing black pants rolled above his knees, according to a federal complaint filed in the Eastern District Court of Virginia.
The women were walking along the Mount Vernon Trail when they called 911 at about 6 p.m. to accuse him of the bizarre behavior.
They watched him shout “odd statements and wave his arms,” court records show. He then dropped his pants and without an ounce of shame – he began to masturbate.
