Underage Drunk Chick Busted For Pantless DUI

A 20-year-old drunken driving suspect got caught with her pants down, literally.

Natalie Delgado wasn’t wearing any pants when she got pulled over on suspicion of DUI on Interstate 595 early Wednesday, an arrest report says.

It was the Pompano Beach woman’s second DUI arrest since February.

Miffed at the underage drinker’s driving record and alleged reckless behavior, Broward County Judge John “Jay” Hurley on Wednesday set Delgado’s bond at $25,000.

“You’ve been arrested for DUI twice now … clearly you didn’t learn from that, and now you’re out drinking tequila and driving again and not wearing pants,” Hurley said. “The court’s very concerned, ma’am. You’re out of control.”

Delgado “was traveling in the wrong direction and on the wrong side of the roadway” when she was pulled over about 2:45 a.m on eastbound I-595 near State Road 7 in Davie, the report says.

When a Florida Highway Patrol trooper approached the driver’s side of Delgado’s vehicle, she got out — pantsless, the report said.

“The [defendant] was not wearing her pants,” the trooper wrote in the report. “She reached behind the driver’s seat to get her pants. She put her pants on.”

The report provides no explanation about Delgado’s lack of attire.

“Ma’am, when you’re arrested for DUI and you’re not wearing pants, there sometimes is a connection between unusual behavior — not wearing your clothes — and the level of intoxication,” Hurley said. “The court believes you’re a danger not only to yourself, but everyone else in the community. You’re not even supposed to be drinking.”

Delgado told the trooper she was heading home from work, where she was employed as a bartender and initially denied having anything to drink. She later admitted drinking one shot of tequila.

Delgado smelled of alcohol, the report says, and while undergoing a sobriety test, she failed to touch heel to toe and repeatedly raised her arms to gain her balance.
