An IT worker has been caught watching porn at work – after he accidentally screened an X-rated film on to a large train station television he had just fixed.
Hundreds of passengers reportedly stopped to stare at the monitor, outside the Jilin Station in China, as the film played for at least ten minutes.
It is believed the technician had hooked his laptop up to the screen – usually used to show adverts – to fix a fault.
But once the job was completed, he apparently failed to disconnect the two devices.
It seems he then turned his attentions to the X-rated film The Forbidden Legend of Sex and Chopsticks, unaware that it was also being watched by crowds of passengers and passers by outside the station.
The Sun reports that police have questioned the worker, but as yet have not filed any charges against him.
The film is based on the classic Chinese novel ‘Jin Ping Mei,’ written during the Ming Dynasty.
It was the first full length Chinese fictional work to give an explicit account of sexuality.
Both the film and novel are set between 1111-1127.
It follows the sexual exploits of Ximen Quing, a social climber, and his consort of wives and concubines.
