A parish in Hörsching, Upper Austria, has made an official complaint after two porn videos were shot in its church in June. An adult performer and her film crew could face up to 6 months in jail for staging the pornographic scenes
The film crew did not have the parish priest’s permission to film in his church, the Austrian Press Agency reported.
The Diocese of Linz said police are still investigating how the crew and actors were able to get into the church. The films starred a “well-known” porn performer and were made available to download on the internet, prompting the Diocese of Linz to file an official complaint against its adult star(s) and crew members.

Police are reportedly looking for the star of the films, who calls herself Babsi, is 24 years old, and comes from Upper Austria.
She was born in Poland but moved to Austria with her family as a child. Her new ‘church films’ have made her something of an Internet sensation.
She, and the film crew, could be charged under Section 189 of the Criminal Code, which prohibits creating “mischief” which is liable to cause legitimate nuisance in a church or religious community. If found guilty of having desecrated the church they could be imprisoned for up to six months or fined.
The parish is now considering how to reinstate the dignity of the church. “The sacraments which were celebrated in the past few weeks in the parish church are still considered valid,” the diocese said in a statement.
